1. Parties and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions of Use enter into force between Entorion Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Sti. ("Company") and the natural or legal person using the HemaLens platform ("User") at the moment the User accesses the platform.

2. Scope and Limitations of Service
HemaLens is a clinical decision support system that evaluates laboratory data using explainable rule sets based on international guidelines.
HemaLens does not make diagnoses, recommend treatments or provide medication advice.
Platform outputs are generated solely to support clinical evaluation. They should not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions.
The final clinical decision rests entirely with the physician.
The platform is not designed for emergency medical situations.
3. User Obligations
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the platform.
The User agrees not to use platform outputs as the sole clinical decision-making tool.
The User shall not share account credentials with third parties and shall be responsible for account security.
The User shall use the platform only for purposes compliant with applicable laws and ethical rules.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights over the platform, clinical combination rules, algorithms, interface design and all software components belong exclusively to the Company.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors.
The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy of platform outputs. All liability arising from clinical decisions rests with the physician.
The Company's total liability is limited to the total service fee paid by the user in the last 12 months.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Izmir shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

1. Personal Data Processed
Identity and Contact: Name, surname, email, organization information
Health Data (Special Category): Laboratory results uploaded to the platform, clinical evaluation outputs, trend analysis data
Usage Data: Session information, number of analyses, device/browser information, IP address
2. Processing Purposes
Providing the clinical combination analysis service for laboratory data
Creating and managing the user account
Ensuring platform security and improving service quality
Fulfilling legal obligations
3. Legal Basis
Health data: Explicit consent of the data subject
Identity/contact data: Performance of the contract
Usage data: Legitimate interest
4. Data Transfer and Security
Your personal data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad.
All data is stored encrypted (AES-256). Platform communication is protected by HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
Personal data is deleted within 30 days when the account is closed.
5. Your Rights
To learn whether your data is being processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
To request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
To request deletion or destruction of your data
To object to outcomes that arise against you through automated analysis

Entorion Teknoloji cannot be held responsible for: outcomes of clinical decisions based on platform outputs, results arising from incorrect data entry, platform outages, or user misinterpretation.

Clinical combination analysis outputs generated by the platform
Temporal change (trend) analysis data
Laboratory reports uploaded in PDF format

Providing the clinical combination analysis service
Comparison with previous measurements through trend analysis
Improving service quality

When I withdraw my consent, my data will be deleted.
